What's included in my conference ticket?
Your ticket provides you access to all conference events, meetings, activities, and Saturday night dinner.
Your ticket does not include any of the following:

A room at the Hyatt House

Equipment for skiing or snowboarding

What airport should I fly into?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is 20 miles from the hotel in Sandy.

How do I find a roommate?
The hotel rooms can hold a maximum of 6 people.
If you are interested in rooming with a fellow YPAA, post on our Facebook group or email us and we'll post for you!
Do I need to Ski or Snowboard?
No! You can YPAA without the SNOW by attending afternoon meetings on the slopes or evening meetings at the hotel.
Where can I rent equipment?

What are my lift ticket options?
Lift ticket information coming soon. If you need lift tickets, please mark on your pre-registration or email us. Committee members and locals often have discounted tix.
Will the 2025 Resorts be on the Ikon Pass?
YES! They will be on Ikon Base Pass.
How do I get connected?
Come join our Facebook group and get connected before the conference. We will be creating and sharing a phone list at check-in of the attendees that provide their permission to be added to this list. You do not need to be added to the list, simply ask us for a copy and get connected with other attendees.
